sono stato in molti villaggi maldive come One & Only Reethi Rah e Taj Exotica ho trovato che vttaveli il prezzo delle camere sono alti ei servizi non sono buone per esempio non ci sono spazzolini da denti e la rasatura kit.we pagare una somma enorme per le camere a il mio parere, credo che le tesi sono le cose fondamentali che un hotel a cinque stelle come Jumeirah devono improve.i sono totalmente insoddisfatto dei servizi e l'atteggiamento del personale

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with us. I do agree with you that dental and shaving kits should be available. These are normally provided in our bathrooms and regularly refreshed. I will follow up with our Housekeeping team to ensure they are provided.
The team is continuously working hard to keeping our standards to the highest level of service and your feedback helps us to understand the areas which we need to improve in.

Graham Kiy CITAZIONE In primo luogo, ci sono stato negli ultimi 3 giorni del mio viaggio di 10 giorni a Maldive. I primi 7 giorni che ho trascorso a Shangri La ", che era perfetto" Per quanto riguarda JV la posizione è superba, più vicino per l'aeroporto! L'isola in sé è troppo piccolo, non ci forniscono biciclette e quando ho chiesto loro il mio maggiordomo era come i cant vi prometto, perché sono tutti in uso ora, ma male del mio meglio, poi ha parcheggiato una sola Infront della mia villa che era inutile come i solito fare un giro senza mio marito! Inoltre la bicicletta sembrava economico, sporchi e cattivi! Il nostro maggiordomo non era la migliore a tutti avuto un paio se i problemi con lui! Il personale centro sportivo erano troppo fastidioso, come abbiamo prenotato per una gita in barca certa e quando siamo andati presentati hanno fatto altre persone che lo usano e abbiamo dovuto aspettare per 20 zecche, e l'uomo lì e il nostro maggiordomo tenuto accusano a vicenda per questo come l'uomo al centro di attività ha detto che non è stato confermato dal nostro maggiordomo! anche se mio marito ha fatto la prenotazione e si è detto che il nostro maggiordomo su di esso. Passando al cibo che non hanno un sacco di varietà, più la porta del ristorante principale era così pesante, è sempre di problemi di apertura che entrare e uscire per ottenere il vostro cibo dal buffet soprattutto quando si tiene il vostro piatto! E nessuno ti ha aiutato Il personale non è cordiale come altri hotel 5 stelle you'v visitato Youll sempre aspettare così a lungo per le auto da golf per il trasferimento tra le aree dell'isola, una volta mi è stato waitting di fronte alla reception e un ragazzo che ha lavorato in hotel stairing tenuto in un modo davvero fastidioso! Mio marito si è arrabbiato! Le cose dovrebbero essere addestrati! D'altra parte Le camere sono pulite e grandi, ho soggiornato in una villa sulla spiaggia, hanno grande mac intrattenere il servizio in camera! Le piscine private in ogni camera è grande e anche la piscina principale è affascinante e ha un tgat var offre ottimi snack La cosa migliore di questo hotel è il centro benessere! Sono tutti professionisti. Forse se non mi visita shangrila prima avrei avuto l'impressione migliore ma non si può a meno di paragonare! Se si loonking per una camera di lusso e ristoranti ma non si preoccupano il personale che potrebbe funzionare per voi Qui la versione inglese che magari e' più fluida da leggere: CITAZIONE “Below average !”

First , i stayed there in the last 3 days of my 10 days trip to maledives. The first 7 days i spent in shangri la " which was perfect"
Regarding JV the location is superb , nearest to the airport!
The island itself is too small , they didnt provide us with bicycles and when i asked for them my butler was like i cant promise you because they are all in use now but ill try my best , later on he parked only one infront of my villa which was pointless as i wont take a tour without my husband! Furthermore the bicycle looked cheap , dirty and bad!
Our butler was not the best at all had a couple if issues with him ! The sports centre staff were annoying too as we booked for a certain boat trip and when we went it showed up they made other people use it and we had to wait for 20 mints , and the man there and our butler kept blaming each other for this as the man in the activity centre said it was not confirmed by our butler ! although my husband made the reservation himself and told our butler about it.
Moving on to the food they didnt have a lot of varieties plus the main restaurant door was so heavy , you always have trouble opening it getting in and out to get your food from the buffet especially when you are holding your plate ! And no one helped you Staff were not as friendly as other 5 star hotels you'v visited
Youll always have to wait so long for golf cars to transfer you between areas of the island , one time i was waitting infront of the reception and a guy that worked in the hotel kept stairing in a really annoying way! My husband got mad ! The stuff should all be trained !
On the other hand The rooms were clean and big , i stayed in a beach villa, they have great mac entertaining in room service ! The private pools in each room is great and also the main pool is fascinating and has a var tgat provides great snacks
The best thing in this hotel is the spa ! They are all professionals.
Maybe if i didnt visit shangrila prior i would have had better impression but you cant help comparing !
