più o meno, con vari tipi di danno, sono state colpite tutte.
Chiaro che chi ha avuto gli OW o strutture buttate giù era evidenziato maggiormente, ma ovunque qualche problema c'è stato.

Questo lo sono, io ero al Kihaad una ventina di gg. prima e ricordo di aver scritto una mail a una ragazza dello staff dopo l'accaduto e mi aveva raccontato di un allagamento in alcune aree, ma nulla di che.

Non ricordo più dove, ma in qualche isola dei pescatori da me visitata, c'erano stati anche dei morti :tri:

nella commemorazione per le vittime della tragedia, l'attuale presidente ha dichiarato che il governo si impegna a dare un alloggio definitivo alle 427 famiglie che ancora sono in attesa di una sistemazione definitiva

ancora 427 famiglie sono tante :azz::

The Council of Meemu Kolhufushi has decided to auction three temporary shelters in the island, constructed for the families that lost their homes in the tsunami in 2004. The council said that efforts began today to sell the three shelters, which have been left behind by families that have received permanent housing, to the highest bidders. Vice President of Kolhufushi Council Ahmed Naeem said that the starting price for all three shelters is MVR 7,000, and that the price of one shelter has already reached MVR 8,500. Naeem said that the shelters consist of about forty 8 by 12-foot rooms, separated by 9mm and 6mm plywood;

stanno andando al'asta dei rifugi temporanei post tsunami.
Ora solo due famiglie ci vivono ancora. Le altre hanno ricevuto case dal governo.
